Parking
Parking at the Convention Center will be available to us for Event Parking.Parking will be $4.00 for the evening....event parking. Our class mates should tell them it's Peabody High School Reunion. Remember there may be a strike but that should not impact us.....if there is a strike management is on call. You can exit after midnight but you can not enter after midnight $4 from 3:00PM till the following day OR The Westin will charge $20.00 for Self Parking, Valet parking is $22 but you have in and out privileges that you will not have with Self Park.

Reunion Event
Registration begins at 5:30 pm, cocktails from 5:30 until 7:15.....Dinner begins @ 7:30. Our program is from 8:30 -9:00 and dancing etc begins @ 9:00. We are out of the convention center 11:30 - 11:45 and over to the Westin @ 11:30 until close.

Friday Night Mixer
Begins at 7:30PM Come earlier if you wish. For those who have not let us know they wish to attend the Friday Night Mixer at Doc's Place (5442 Walnut, for map click here) be aware that we have over 75 reservations for this event. Parking in Shadyside will be difficult at best on Friday night, 9/2/05, due to our reunion event and the Pitt vs Notre Dame game revelers. Be forewarned...... ......we want you all to come and kick off the weekend with us!

Sunday Brunch
Sunday Brunch is promptly @ 10:00 am.For those who have not let us know they wish to attend the Sunday Brunch at The Grand Concourse at Station Square on Sunday, 9/4/05...........please be aware that we have over 75 reservations for this event which begins PROMPTLY AT 10:00 AM!! If you are not in line for seating at 10:00 am, you may not get a seat with our group.

After Hours Party
We have reserved The Harvest Bar on the 2nd floor of The Westin Hotel for our cash bar "After Party" on Saturday evening, September 3, 2005 beginning at 11:30 pm and continuing for as long as there are willing night owls!! For those of you who have other plans for Saturday night and cannot attend the Reunion Banquet, may we suggest that you join us at The Harvest Bar to visit and reminisce with friends (and get together for a few snapshots).

Parking Lots, Restaurants and other facilities city-wide will be crowded during Labor Day Weekend, 2005, due to the many Pitt fans who are in town for the big game on Saturday night. In our own small way, we are adding to the influx of visitors to our Hometown. Most hotels are full. If you anticipate renting a car, we urge you to make rental reservations immediately or risk non-availability.
