After you fill in the required information please print out on your printer and mail back to our Treasurer, Robert Huemmrich whose name and address is located at the bottom of the registration form.

1. Besides the normal information (name, address, phone, email) we are requesting that you list the elementary school you attended that fed their students onto Peabody High School. Although this is the reunion of the graduating class of Peabody 1965, it also is the reunion of all the various elementary schools that sent their students (you) to Peabody.

2. Tuesday Afternoon 4:30 until ????? at the Grand Concourse Restaurant. This establishment is located within easy walking distance from the Sheraton Hotel The evening and cost of food and beverage is "on your own."

3.Peabody High School Tour. We are still in the planning stage to see if there is enough interest in squeezing this event in. Tentatively this coud be planned for Wednesday morning. You will have to provide your own transportation going and returning. Maybe with someone who will have a car? .

4. There are a couple of activities that we like to suggest for your consideration. The first being the "Incline Ride. Pittsburgh is still fortunate to have 2 inclines close to the Sheration Hotel. The Duquesne Incline is free"Duquesne Link"if you show them your Medicare Card. Otherwise $5.00 round trip cost. The Mon Incline"Monongahela Link"is $3.50 roundtrip. If you are inclined (no pun intended) you can ride up one, walk about a mile and enjoy the view of Pittsburgh atop Mount Washington and ride down the other. We were informed this is about a two mile walk.

The other activity is a 90 minute cruise on the Gateway Clipper which berths very close to the Sheraton Hotel. Their schedule is "Gateway Clipper Schedule the week of June 23rd."

5. Reunion Night, the main event at the Sheraton Hotel at Station Square, 300 W Station Square Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 The cost of admittance is a nominal $ 99.00. We have kept the cost low in hopes that many of you will contribute to afford for audio/visuals and flower arrangements for the tables. There will be a dance floor and music from 1964 and 1965. Start getting into shape. The evening is business casual.

Beginning at 5:00 p.m. with enough time to mix and mingle, dinner follows at 6:15 p.m. with the opening of the food buffet. The menu with consist of "3 entree menu". Click on this link.

A " Photo Experience" This reunion we will have a Peabody Banner that you can take your picture along with your friends, This banner will be similar to those you see on television at all the Hollywood red carpet extravaganzas. Ours will be much smaller.

6. Thursday Brunch is being planned at the Sheraton Hotel in Station Square. The Grand Concourse where we have had past after Gala Brunches does not cater to breakfasts during the week necessitating the use of the Sheraton Hotel. From 8-11 a.m. on Thursday morning. Again, as it was so many years ago, you are responsible for your own orders and payment. We need an estimated head count so please indicate on the remittance form the number in your party that will be attending this function. We encourage you to invite your extended family members (children and grandchildren) to the brunch.

7. Sponsorship As you might expect the cost for the evening event far exceeds the nominal $ 125.00 being charged. This difference is being supported by the generous monetary donations from many of your classmates. If you can afford to make an extra donation, your sponsorship will assist in covering these extra fees (audio/visual, table decorations, Peabody banner, hors d'oeuvers) and it will be greatly appreciated. Your name will join the other names on the Sponsorship Page. Any amount would be welcomed.
